Bike runs, needs to be refreshed, no broken fins on cyl. needs speedo cable, rear brake arm, wire the lights.
The primary side crank case oil seal needs to be changed.
I'm not claiming the bike is a 100 point restoration but, all the important NSU parts are there; wheels, forks, gas tank, fenders, chain cover ...
Still, this motorcycle is a rare gem, if you want it it's here for you.
