1973 Triumph Trident T150V Motorcycle

Up for Sale is a 1973 Triumph Trident T150V motorcycle. This bike is a 3 cylinder 750 cc British manufactured bike. The “V” indicates that the bike is equipped with the desirable 5 speed transmission. The bike presently has 7864 miles on it.

The previous owner took the bike to a local independent repair shop last year to get the bike running. That shop cleaned the carbs, installed a new battery, and did get the bike running. I have a short video of the bike running at the shop. I was able to purchase the bike and took it home to do a thorough check over and cleaning.

The gas tank needed to be de-rusted and cleaned which I did as well as sealing it with a high quality Red-Kote sealer. The transmission and primary oil were drained and replaced. Engine oil was drained and engine oil filter was replaced however I did not put engine oil or gas back into the bike as it was late in the season and I felt it better to store it without those fluids.

The bike does have a Boyer electronic ignition which is a nice feature. It also has “Dunstall” style mufflers which give it a nice, rich sound. Not perfect by any means but in very nice shape for a 50+ year old bike and ready to ride with the addition of engine oil and premium gas.

I have a clear title in my name. I am asking $4500 cash. I am not interested in trades or lowball offers. Any close offers would only be considered after an in person viewing.
