1964 Triumph T120R Basket Case

This bike is mostly complete and I have been going thru parts and pieces. I've mocked up the frame and took a few pictures. Sheet metal is mostly straight and solid. Tank is in good condition.

Transmission has been assembled but the end case has not been bolted on yet as the lower end needs to be installed. New crank bearings installed. Looks like the cylinder was never bored and is in good shape. +.10 or +.20 pistons will be needed. Engine will need new connecting rods as the existing ones don't match. Head look to be in good shape.

Have Norton 750 amal carbs + the two original carbs. Frame and engine numbers match. Matching case numbers. Clear title that was last issued back in 1977. The tab for the kick stand is broken but there is replacement hardware for this.

A few of the items that I know are missing - brake lever on rear wheel, chain guard, ball bearings for steering, kick stand, horn, tank badges, some nuts and bolts, two front fender stays and miscellaneous small pieces. Handle bars are not correct. Have the wiring harness but is in poor condition. Has rectifier, switches, horn button, brake light switch. I'm sure there are some other items but just listing the key points.

$2500 as is or $3500 if I finish the motor.
